The Center for Career Education and the Arts Initiative at Columbia University are excited to present the 4th annual Media Networking Night! Are you interested in a career in the Media Industry? Not even sure what you want to do? Media Networking Night is the perfect opportunity for Columbia students to network with representatives from a wide variety of disciplines within the Media Industry. Meet with a variety of alumni and professionals who can speak candidly about their own experiences in the film, photography, book publishing, radio, advertising, marketing, public relations, entertainment, visual arts industries, and many more!

Use this opportunity to see how these professionals got where they are and what the day-to-day life is like for them in this industry.

We are also pleased to announce that Media Networking Night will open with a Keynote address from Gregory Mosher, the Director of the Arts Initiative and an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Theater Arts.

This event is open to all Undergraduate and Graduate students/alumni at the following schools: Columbia College, School of General Students, Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Columbia Journalism School, Graduate School of Architecture, Preservation and Planning, School of Continuing Education, Columbia Law School, Barnard College, School of International and Public Affairs and Teacher's College!

For tips on how to prepare for this event and how to communicate with the professionals attending, be sure to register for the "Networking 101" workshop held the evening before this event.
