Commencement Ticket Distribution

If you did not already pick up your Commencement tickets, you must pick them up in the Dean of Student Affairs Office, which is located in 405 Lerner Hall. When you come to the office, please ask for Shari Wilson. You may pick up your tickets from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm until Friday, May 9th.

In order to receive your tickets, you must show your CU ID. At that time, you will also be asked to complete a "name card" that will be used at the Class Day ceremony. On this card you will be asked to write the phonetic spelling of your name. This will assist Class Deans as they read your name aloud during the Class Day Ceremony.

If you are unable to pick up your own Commencement tickets, you may designate a proxy by completing a Commencement Ticket Distribution Proxy Form.
